Include your account email, requested payout amount, and any Stripe Connect error shown in the app.
Use in-app report buttons when possible. You may also email the post, listing, class, or user details.
If you cannot sign in, include the email address you used for Buddy and any error message shown in the app.
Refunds are reviewed through Buddy's in-app refund flow. If you email support, include the exact purchase and reason for the refund request.
For listing issues, include the school, class, professor, title, and whether you are the buyer or seller.
